I was the primary researcher for 13 products at Active Network. I worked with diverse teams in the US and China across marketing, design, sales, and product management departments. My goal at Active was to reduce uncertainty and allow teams to enable decision-making, and advocate for our end-users. My projects ranged from exploratory research, usability studies, heuristic reviews, interviews, competitive analysis, and data visualizations.

Mobiliti was a co-design session that brought together employers, mobility service providers and Pittsburgh city residents and leverage this knowledge to solve real world commuting challenges. I worked on this project with Maya Design and Boston Consulting Group
