Making Salesforce Easier to Learn

I identified a key component of Salesforce used for servicing clients that had confusing terminology that made the tool difficult to use for new advisors, and negatively impacted the usability of the tool. I conducted research with new and seasoned advisors to make the element more helpful and make training simpler.

Active provides a number of products to run sports leagues, sport camps, and tournaments. We had not previously conducted research to learn about esports which has been seeing high growth. I conducted several interviews to learn about how social groups affect skill development.
